Lance continues to make good steady progress in speech, attention, and overall appropriate behavior. God picked a wonderful teacher with the huge amount of patience and understanding that Lance needs. We are very thankful for Miss Jessica! Not to be left out, his therapists continue to do a great job in working with Lance. We are so proud of Lance and are continuing to pray that he develops more and will be used by our Father for His glory.
Kora constantly is blowing our minds. One of the ways is the news from a recent pediatrician visit. Amazingly she is in the 80th percentile in weight and 100th percentile in height! There were a couple of sarcastic claims from Karen's family stating Kora gets that from them! Either way those are still crazy numbers. I know most of what we are seeing in Kora is normal baby development, but since we haven't or didn't see some of these milestones in Lance its a new ball game. Oh, and she can't take her eyes off of her big brother. We point it out to Lance all the time. That she likes to watch her big brother and she is watching him so he has to be a good role model. He still needs a little convincing on buying in to what we are saying however. ;) It is very fun to watch them both grow together.
All is still good with Karen and I also. Still getting settled into our new house (oh yeah, we moved), but loving the new location. Karen's big new venture is selling Scentsy products, the unique wickless candle! The kickoff was a fundraiser party for the TEAM's next orphanage trip. If you're interested in the products contact Karen for more info! As for me, I'm still loving my life and family, trying to be a Godly leader for this household. Also in a couple of weeks will be running my second half-marathon, so I'm looking forward to that! Now for the best part! Pics!
